What happens after payment?

Immediately after paying for the order, you will receive an e-mail notification of payment, our Company will also receive a notification. After confirmation of the order by the organizer in the next letter, you will be sent an electronic ticket / voucher, which you will need on the day of the tour. The voucher will contain the following information: the last name, first name and contact of the customer, the name of the service that was ordered, the date and time of the service, the place of the service and the meeting point, instructions and information about the service, details on how to find out the guide, the organizer’s phone number …

 

Will my money be refunded for a tour canceled (by me / the organizer)?

Refunds are guaranteed subject to the cancellation of the excursion, the program at least 48 hours at the beginning of the service. The company may charge a fine in the amount of costs actually incurred by the company if these penalties are provided for by third parties – service providers.
